Sophie’s Pantry was founded by Sophie Lyttelton in 2008. After 6 years working as a fund manager at New Star Asset Management she swapped her pinstripes for her pinny and moved into cooking professionally. In 2007 she studied at Ballymaloe Cookery School for 3 months and has an up to date certificate in food hygiene. Since returning to England she has catered for dinner parties and events up and down the country.

 

Sophie prepares, cooks and freezes all of the dishes at her family home in Hagley, Worcestershire, giving her access to excellent local produce.
